Previously-used PALSAR GDS website was closed on March 31, 2013.
To search and order PALSAR product after April 1, 2013 (Mon), please access to ASTER/PALSAR Unified Search website.
Accordingly, login name and password used at PALSAR GDS website were made invalid. After April 1, please apply for user registration and obtain new login name and password.

PALSAR Operation Completion

Advanced Land Observing Satellite "DAICHI" (ALOS) completed its operations at 1:50 a.m. on May 12, 2011 (UTC), and PALSAR's operation was also completed.

Meantime, we continue the distribute of PALSAR products observed in the past.

Information on PALSAR's archived scene search and product order

PALSAR's archived scene search and product order are available only at ”ASTER/PALSAR Unified Search” after 5 a.m of April 1, 2013 (UTC).
The existing PALSAR GDS website is to be closed.

Accordingly, current login name and password are made unusable after April 1. Please kindly apply for user registration and obtain new login name and password after April 1.

PALAR Reference Guide and PALSAR User's Guide have been updated.

ASTER/PALSAR Unified Search site has been released.

• The simultaneous retrieval of ASTER data and PALSAR data is available.
• When placing an order, the unified search site jumps to the ordering screen of ASTER GDS and PALSAR GDS, respectively.
• For orders of ASTER data and PALSAR data, using your user account registered at ASTER GDS site and PALSAR GDS site is required.
• After login to the either above-mentioned user account, selecting the display of mosaic image is available for map's background.
• The ASTER and PALSAR search sites also continue to operate.
• ASTER/PALSAR Unified Search site:  gds.ersdac.jspacesystems.or.jp/e

J-spacesystems provides user services to distribute PALSAR products through PALSAR GDS (Ground Data System). Most services including user registration, product search and order are available online by accessing the following website.

This website is for ASTER science project implemented by J-spacesystems, and provides outline of ASTER science project and necessary information for ASTER data utilization .

ASTER GDS Project

This website is for ASTER Ground Data System (ASTER GDS) Project, and provides information for ASTER GDS outline and access to ASTER products.
